RISE Teen Social Anxiety Program
Resilience, Inclusion & Social Engagement
A 12-week program that helps teens who struggle with shyness, social worries, self-doubt or fear of judgment build confidence and real friendship skills.
From friendships to school stress, teens face daily challenges that can shake their confidence. RISE™ helps teens navigate peer interactions in a supportive, therapist-led group, with lots of practice and lots of laughs along the way.
Today's social pressures and constant social media exposure can make these challenges even more overwhelming, increasing comparison, self-doubt and fear of being judged. RISE uses evidence-based approaches to help teens understand and manage social anxiety in a practical way.
Teens under 16 require a parent or guardian signature to participate.
