Your privacy matters deeply to us. This policy explains how Rush & Associates Psychotherapy and Wellness ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, register for a program or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred times and any message you include. We do not ask for health details through this website, and we encourage you not to share sensitive clinical information here.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and confirm your consultation or registration, and provide the services you request. We never sell or rent your information.
How it's protected
Submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored in access-restricted systems available only to authorized clinic staff. Clinical records are kept separately in our practice-management system in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
We send transactional emails (such as booking confirmations) through a trusted email provider. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've submitted through this website by contacting us at administration@rushassociatestherapy.com or (905) 232-7335.
Not for emergencies
This website and its forms are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 or call 911.
