REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (Qualifying)
Adult, Teen & Child Therapist Mississauga
My interest in psychotherapy grew from a genuine appreciation for people’s stories and the experiences that shape who they are. I have always found meaning in being someone others felt comfortable turning to during difficult moments. Through these experiences, I recognized the importance of having a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel truly heard and understood. This realization inspired me to pursue psychology and psychotherapy, with the goal of supporting individuals in navigating challenges and fostering personal growth and healing.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I place strong emphasis on building a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship, as I believe this serves as the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. My clinical interests include client-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and solution-focused approaches. I am passionate about supporting individuals in developing selfawareness, strengthening resilience, and building confidence in their ability to create positive and meaningful change in their lives.
