REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (Qualifying)

Arabic-Speaking Trauma Therapist Mississauga

Hello,

I am a counselling psychology student dedicated to providing a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration is the foundation for meaningful change. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build resilience. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals while honoring their lived experiences.

I provide counselling in both English and Arabic, allowing me to support individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds in the language they feel most comfortable using.
